縫製
ケースの周囲はすべて手縫いで仕立てています。
機械加工ではどうしても接着のみになりがちな部分も、
Hime.では母が一針一針、丁寧に縫い留めています。
そのひと手間が、使ううちに浮きや剥がれが出にくい、
他にはない仕立てにつながっています。
装飾固定
リボンやビジューの固定方法は、
何度も試作と検証を繰り返してきました。
力のかかり方や素材に合わせて接着剤・樹脂を使い分け、
接着時に気泡が入りにくいよう工程にも工夫を加えています。
見えない部分ですが、仕上がりの美しさと安心感のために
時間をかけて行っている工程です。
