返品・交換について（Return & Exchange Policy）

当店の商品はすべてオーダーメイドでお作りしているため、お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。
スマホケースは機種によりサイズやカメラ位置が異なるため、掲載写真と全く同一にはならない場合がございます。

ただし、当店の不備（リボンの位置違い・デコレーション不足・機種間違い等）の場合は、再作成または修正対応をいたします。
該当する場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

海外からのご注文については、国際配送の都合上、返品・再発送による修正対応はできません。

Return & Exchange Policy (for overseas customers)

All our products are custom-made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer preferences or device mistakes.
Please note that each case may slightly differ from the photos depending on the smartphone model.

For international orders, returns or exchanges are not accepted due to logistics constraints. If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If an error is caused by us (such as ribbon position, missing decoration, or wrong model), we will remake or fix the item.
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.

For international orders, we are unable to offer returns or re-shipping for adjustments due to international shipping limitations.
